The procedure consists of taking the colonies of wasps and their nests, from their natural habitat, during the hours of darkness and transferring them to private and controlled location, in order to allow the wasps to carry out their activities under ideal conditions and to allow the collection of the larvae. The conditions are provided to allow the nests of young wasps to be protected from their predators and to allow the workers to survive the winter by a period of imprisonment, in the hives (1), containing the honey (18) and a nourishing plant (17) and all the materials for the construction of a nest.
