A gyroscope with a plurality of axes (24), a gyroscope with a single pin (26) and an accelerometer with three axes (28) are formed on a single semiconductor substrate (20), as well as a central microprocessing unit (30). Gyroscopes perform the detection of rotation with respect to three mutually perpendicular axes and the accelerometer makes the detection of the acceleration along the three axes. The central processor unit controls and excites the gyroscopes and the accelerometer and supplies an indication of the position.
