Physical quantity monitoring process requiring manual intervention

The process monitoring uses a sensor box (1) and a recharging and data collection station (2). The sensor box is equipped with two sensors (10,11), a processor, a process progress display (13), batteries and an IR or ultrasonic emitter (12) for remote monitoring. The two sensors (10,11) collect a physical quantity indicative of process progress and the ambient temperature respectively and the sensor box is fitted with a float or racket to maintain it's physical position in the process medium and a display (13) to indicate the need for manual intervention. The processor is instructed by code borne on the charging current.
