(57) Abstract Manner for C terminal array analysis of the protein or peptide is offered. Important feature of the said manner under basic condition treating with the acetic anhydride, under acidic condition treating next with the thiocyanate and converting okisazoron to the thiohydantoin part, it is to form the okisazoron part with C end of the protein or peptide. Yield of thiohydantoin furthermore is raised by supplying the thiocyanate as the conjugate Acid of the alkylammonium cation which is obstructed threely-dimensional.
