PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the analog multiplexer adopting a flying capacitor method using a changeover means in place of a mercury relay. ;SOLUTION: As a changeover means for an input and an output side of each capacitor, a contact (b) of a photo MOS relay of a contact (b) type is used for the input side and a contact (a) of a photo MOS relay of a contact (a) type is used for the output side, the contact (b) drives b-contact drive circuits 110-260 with a selected channel signal and the contact (a) drives a-contact drive circuits 310-460 to charge/discharge the capacitor to feed to an A/D converter circuit 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
