This retro-virus plasmid vector is not included the negative contrast field. The vector furthermore includes the nuclear acid array which encodes the non methylation of the cytosine residue which is provirus LTR. This kind of plasmid vector especially is useful in generation of the retro-virus vector grain which is revealed in the germ cell such as the embryonic stem cell.
