And on the surface of each step portion 4E, a number of projected portions 9E to 9E are arranged continuously in the axial direction at predetermined intervals which have a hexagonal star-shaped cross section with the round portions slightly cut out for creating the hexagonal section. And a flange-shaped contact piece 10E is stuck out at the boundary of straight axis portion of the step bolt 1E.
