PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace rollers automatically in a roller molding machine, and simplify the replacement work of rollers, shorten the period of replacement time, ensure safety during the replacement period, and automatize the manufacturing line of chinaware. ;SOLUTION: Gypsum dies 2, 2 disposed at equal distances on an endless circulation path are forwarded intermittently successively. Also, provided in the circulation path are an earth supply section A for putting chinaware material delivered on an earth supply conveyor 3 on the gypsum dies 2 one by one via an earth supply cutting machine 4, a forming section B for roll-forming and then trimming material set on the gypsum dies 2 into plate and bowl shapes, a drying section C for subjecting the plate and bowl materials to a primary drying process while being turned, a delivery section D for removing the plate and bowl materials after the primary drying process to a following process and forwarding the dies to the next process, and a die replacement section E for carrying out replacement for the next gypsum dies, and gypsum dies 2 can be stopped at a predetermined location of each section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
