PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from entering the insulating layer of a core slot part by forming the layering direction of the insulating layer of a coil end part so as to incline to a coil conductor, thus vaporizing and diffusing water leaking at the coil end part to the outside. ;SOLUTION: A layering surface is formed parallel to a coil conductor 2 on the core 5 side of the coil conductor 2 and be inclined on the coil end part 6 side. Water leaking on the coil conductor 2 side of the an insulating layer 4 enters the layering clearance of a mica tape which forms the insulating layer 4 by capillarity to form a leaking water passage 7. It is thus possible to diffuse water leaking near a water chamber 10 to the outside of the insulating layer 4 without entering to the core 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
