MICROWAVE OVEN RICE COOKER, AND MICROWAVE OVEN RICE COOKING METHOD USING THE RICE COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a rice cooking in a short period of time by a method wherein rice and water which are respective filled in a plastic bag are sold as a set with a microwave oven rice cooker wherein steam is condensed and liquefied in a condensation space between an external lid and an internal lid, and the liquefied steam is circulated in a container. ;SOLUTION: For a container main body 10 which is formed of a dielectric substance, a flange 12 is fitted on the outer rim of an opening. Also, a lid body which is formed of the dielectric substance as well, is constituted of an external lid 1 and an internal lid 5, and a flange having skirts 3, 8, which is respectively formed on the outer rims of the external lid 1 and the internal lid 5, is detachably fitted on the flange 12. Then, washed rice is taken out from a package which is sold in such a manner that after rice is washed, the washed rice is packed in a bag under a state which is pressurized, heated and sterilized in advance, and the washed rice is placed in the rice cooker together with water, and a rice cooking is performed by heating by a microwave oven. At this time, in a condensation space 9 between the external lid 1 and the internal lid 5, steam is condensed and liquefied, and the liquefied steam is circulated in the container through a circulation hole 7, and thus, a rapid heating at the initial stage is prevented from generating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
