PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength while improving the permeability of a preform and to execute aluminum casting at low pressure at the time of compositing, in the case of producing a composited aluminum base metallic parts which produces the preform for compositing by mixing aluminum alloy powder in ceramic grain and sintering these and composites the preform and molten aluminum. ;SOLUTION: Slurry is prepared by mixing the aluminum alloy powder, oxide base ceramic grain, polymer resin and liquid of water, etc., and after drying de-liquid member obtd. by removing the liquid component in the slurry, the polymer resin is burnt and the aluminum alloy powder and the ceramic grain are sintered to produce the preform 5 for compositing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
