PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet capable of automating the disassembly of an implosion preventing band wound around the panel section of a cathode-ray tube by fitting elastic members at the peripheral edge section of a through hole provided on a plate-like body, and preventing the positional drift of a mounted component via the frictional force with the elastic members when the plate-like body is conveyed. SOLUTION: In this disassembly device for an implosion preventing metal band 2, a conveying pallet 21 is a plate-like body made of wood, a metal member, or a resin member, a through hole is bored at the center section, and elastic members are fitted at the upper end peripheral edge section of the through hole. For disassembly, a cathode-ray tube 1 mounted on the conveying pallet 21 with its panel face supported on it is fed by the prescribed pitch and located below the induction heating coil 10A of a high-frequency heating device. The high-frequency heating device 10 is operated through the prescribed procedures, and the implosion preventing metal band 2 is baked off and released from a panel section.
