(57) Abstract Analyzing the image which digitalizes automatically, it is the manner which identifies the area (AOI) which it emphasizes, has interest from the background area. The image which digitalizes is split into the many field, the histogram of the gray scale namely concentration concerning the respective field is calculated. As retained three-dimensional approach Characteristic, following to the sequence of the specification which scans the field which is chosen, it creates the image of the field in the histogram space. Then, three-dimensional, in addition, in order to identify the feature which groups by the similarity in the histogram, this image is treated with peak detection. It identifies AOI with this, follows to the property of the output device and applies contrast emphasis to the image of the origin. This manner is compatible, especially, emphasizing medical x-ray photographing image, although it outputs to the visualization device.
