(57) Abstract Being the information retrieval system which in the sequential access device like digital VCR stores information with digital configuration, it constitutes, as the library of the album which continues information, each album audio performance, has the continual track/truck of the entry which can identify the information like subject or event individually. The random access device the compact disk player or like magnetic head disk drive stores the part of the track/truck where each album is beforehand chosen and the introduction where each of the remaining track/truck of each album is brief. As both devices, are joined to the common data bus, controlling with the programmable processor, it starts read-out in search interval of the sequential access device which it accesses the album or the track/truck which it chooses, with the random access device. When the sequential access device, can prepare the access to the track/truck or the album which is chosen, read-out is changed. This way, while the storage capacity where the random access device is required, doing the random access for the optional track/truck of the optional album and the album which is already specified it makes smallest.
