PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always use a coalescently fastening device at a site, where plural members are coalescently fastened, by providing a fastening mainbody through a rotationally movable piece on a mounting plate to be mounted on a mounted object and provide a number of large, tough, light and inexpensive devices as fastening tools by manufacturing fastening mainbodies with solid sheet metal working. ;SOLUTION: Cutous 3 are formed opposing each other on the right and left side pieces 2 of a fastening mainbody 1 formed by bending a tough plate material into almost U-shape. Both upper sides of the cutouts 3 are bridged to fix a rotationally movable piece 5 with a male screw 4 threaded between the side pieces 2 to the side piece 2 to be protruded. The rotationally movable piece 5 is pivotally mounted on a mounting plate 6 to insert the cutouts 3 of the mainbody 1 into the mounting plate 6 and a mounted object 7 arranged on the surface of the mounting plate with the rotational movement of the rotationally movable piece 5 for tightly fastening the mounting plate 6 to the mounted object 7 at the lower sides of the mainbody cutouts 3 with the make screw 4, so that the mounting plate 6 can be coalescently fastened to the mounted object 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
