AGRICULTURAL POLYVINYL CHLORIDE RESIN FILM HAVING EXCELLENT PROPERTIES TO SUSTAIN FOGPROOFNESS AND MISTPROOFNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the properties to sustain fogproofness and mistproofness which are particularly important as an agricultural covering material and to cost effectively and inexpensively attain these important characteristics without degrading the other characteristics requested for the covering material at all. SOLUTION: This polyvinyl chloride(PVC) resin film, contains 30 to 70 pts.wt. plasticizer, 0.5 to 10 pts.wt. nonionic surfactant as a fogproof agent and 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. mistproof agent per 100 pts.wt. PVC resin A compound prepd. by formulating (A) a copolymer oligomer of unsatd. ester having 4 to 20C fluorine groups and other copolymerizable compd. and (B) a fluorine surfactant having one piece each of a fluorine group and alkylene oxide group at a ratio of (A):(B)=5:95 to 90:10 is used as the mistproof agent.
