POLYESTER TEXTILE FABRIC IMPROVED IN COLOR FASTNESS AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polyester textile fabric remarkably improved in color fastness, especially the color fastness to alkalis and perspiration in spite of a high dye concentration used in the polyester textile fabric without any coating resin layer and to provide a method for producing the polyester textile fabric. ;SOLUTION: This polyester textile fabric has at least 50% liquid permeability (%TS) at the maximum absorption wavelength when extracting polyester fibers constituting the fabric with ethanol and the relationship between the liquid permeability (%T₁) of an o-chlorophenol solution dissolving the fabric after extraction with the ethanol at the maximum wavelength and the liquid permeability (%TS) satisfying the formula TS/(T₁)^1/2≥90 in the fabric mainly composed of the dyed polyester fibers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
