SOLUTION: This medicine contains a compound represented by the formula (R1 and R2 are each CN, CONH2 , COOH, etc.; R3 is H, CH3 or OH; R4 to R7 are each H, OH, a 1-5C alkyl, a 1-5C alkoxy, NH2 , CHO, a halogen, NO2 , COOH, etc.) or its salt as an active ingredient. The compound of the formula includes e.g. 3,5-dihydroxybenzylidene-malonic nitrile. The medicine can be prepared in oral, rectal or parenteral form. The daily dose of the medicine is 10 mg to 10 g/adult. The compound of the formula can readily be available and has relatively simple structure and has no adverse effect.
