PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unreasonable force due to thermal expansion of an intermediate duct outer side casing between itself and a gas generator, relating to an L-shaped vertical gas turbine arranging the gas generator horizontally and an output turbine vertically. ;SOLUTION: In an output turbine 1, its output shaft 3 is arranged vertically, a gas generator 5 is arranged horizontally, through an intermediate duct inner side casing 7, gas is fed to the output turbine 1, the output shaft 3 is driven. An outer side of the intermediate duct inner side casing 7 is surrounded by an intermediate duct outer side casing 6, to be sealed, both the casings are supported by a connection part 12, also a support flange 11 is mounted in semicircular shape along a periphery of the intermediate duct outer side casing 6, it is supported in a plurality of parts by a support part 10 with the connection part 12, to be fixed onto a base plate 8. The support part 10, by separating it from a peripheral surface of the intermediate duct outer side casing 6, is prevented from receiving an influence of thermal expansion to the upward of the intermediate duct outer side casing 6, without changing a horizontal position of the gas generator 5, to apply no unreasonable force.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
