FRAGRANCE CONTAINING LIPOPHILIC FLAVOR INCLUDED IN BRANCHED ALPHA-CYCLODEXTRIN AND SMOKING GOODS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an incensing agent capable of enhancing the storage stability of a lipophilic flavor and obtaining an excellent releasing properties of the incensing material by including the lipophilic flavor material in branched α- cyclodextrin. ;SOLUTION: The lipophilic flavor material (for example; vanillin, gualinaloot thymol, etc., is included in branched α-cyclodextrin. The process to include the lipophilic flavor material in the branched α-cyclodextrin is for example, adding the branched α-cyclodextrin and the lipophilic flavor material into an aqueous media and agitating with a device such as an ultrasonic processing, etc. The formed clathrate compound can be collected from the aqueous solution as an amorphous powder. A smokers' ware which can certainly store the lipophilic flavor in storing and can stably release the flavor, can be obtained by adding the subject flavor material into a filter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
