PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information such as a seat that is close to a purchaseris requirement and also to improve the effective use of seats and service to customers. ;SOLUTION: When a 1st candidate seat that makes a train seat specification is not reserved, a customer who uses a train is asked whether he can change his seat on such requirements as the destination, departure time, seat class and smoking or nonsmoking section of the seat information that is close to the 1st candidate seat desired condition, following the 1st candidate seat information and is sent to ticket selling machines 5 to 10 from a center 1 as 2nd seat information.
