PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a visual or smelling additional value to a millet brandy by imparting such a color, a smell, etc., as stimulating the appetites of drinkers to the millet brandy, to obtain ice suitable for watered whisky and whisky on the rocks, and to provide a method for producing the ice. ;SOLUTION: This millet brandy containing the extracted ingredients of herbs is produced by pickling raw or dried herbs in the millet brandy to extract the ingredients of the herbs in the millet brandy.
