PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and rapidly detect a fused mRNA based on the subject mutant cell participating in hematopoietic tumor for each type by measuring each fluorescent spectrum of specific two kinds of probes as one set and the fluorescent spectrum of a hybridized substance of the probes with the fused mRNA. ;SOLUTION: When an mRNA in which a 5' splice part derived from an AML1 and a 3' splice part derived from an MTG8 gene is detected, etc., either one of specific two kinds of probes as one set hybridizable continuously to a 5' splice part and a 3' splice part sandwiching a fused point therebetween is labeled with an energy donor fluorescent coloring matter D and the other is labeled with an energy acceptor fluorescent coloring matter A. Each fluorescent spectrum fD of the probes and the fluorescent spectrum fA of a hybridized substance of the probes with the fused mRNA are measured to carry out the wave form analysis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
