A spacer-moving handle 4 capable of regulating the distance to be pushed in of the wedge-shaped spacers 2 and 3 is installed and a transmitting structure for transmitting a force to a wedge-shaped plate by a screw and a gear connected to the spacer-moving handle 4. Two stopper plate 6 acting as a limit for the wedge-shaped spacers 2 and 3 to be pushed in, when regulating the distances of the reed needles 1, is installed, and a handle 7 for moving the plate 6 and capable of regulating the stopper plate to a prescribed width is also installed.
