PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the progress of inspection by a method wherein a subject is initially photographed without a filter means and an image signal in a picture dot area defined by the position of the filter means mounted afterwards within a radiation line is processed to be connected to the image signal yet to be processed for minimizing radiation dose applied. ;SOLUTION: A subject 4 undergoes a fluoroscopy by a low dose rate X-ray radiation, the X-ray radiation weakened by the subject 4 is turned to a signal by a detector 5 to be supplied to a means 6 for the formation of an image and output and stored into a memory means 9. Then, a filter means 8 is arranged in a radiation line 3 and the position of the filter means 8 pertaining to the detector is automatically detected using a means 10 for detecting position. Then, when the calculation of an expected image is performed per picture dot, the picture dots within only the processing area 'correlated' by the filter means 8 are taken into accounts. In other words, the signals corresponding to the picture dots alone are changed by inserting the filter means 8 into the radiation line 3 in the area of another photofluoroscopy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
