The plate stock 6 and the coil 11 are separated in the zone between projecting part 11a and at the same time the plate stock 6 and the coil 11 are arranged in the proximate state the zone of the projecting part 11a by providing the flat plate coil 11 with these projecting parts 11a. By this way, a strong electromagnetic force in the zone of projecting part 11a and a weaker electromagnetic force than it in the zone between the projecting part 11a are respectively influenced to the plate stock 6, and the strong electromagnetic force is influenced to a required part with such a local strength.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
