PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom plate under a sleeper which reduces the storage cost in forming concrete and a method for using it. ;SOLUTION: A bottom plate for a sleeper T made of concrete B is constituted of a support plate 1 which has means 11 for being fixed in the sleeper T and an exhaust means 10 for exhausting air contained in the sleeper T in forming the concrete B and whose top face 1a is embedded in the concrete B, and elastomer coating 2 covered, at least, over the bottom face 1b of the support plate 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
