PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for easily obtaining an elastic paving mat, an elastic paving road face which overcome conventional fragility and are provided with sufficient strength and durability, and an elastic road face having high durability. ;SOLUTION: An elastic layer 1 containing a chip material and/or inorganic particulate and liquid binder and a reinforcing sheet layer 2 selected from a nonwoven fabric, a fabric, a net, and a wire gauge are alternately laminated and laid on an elastic paving mat and a foundation which are formed by intervening a reinforcing sheet layer 2 selected from a nonwoven fabric, a fabric, a net, and a wire gauge in the elastic layer 1 containing a chip material and/or inorganic particulate and a liquid binder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
