PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a written oracle to be easily eliminated from a three in the precinct of a shrine, where it is tied thereon, and a processing method thereof. SOLUTION: A written oracle sold in a shrine made of a paper like a toilet paper to be softened and deformed to lose the sheet-like shape so as to be separated in a plurality of small pieces when soaked by water, having characters indicating 'good luck', 'bad luck', etc., printed thereon. Further, it can be made of a water soluble paper sheet having characters indicating 'good luck', 'bad luck', etc., printed thereon. To the written oracles tied on the branches of a tree in the precinct of a shrine, by pouring water, the written oracles can be deformed and eliminated from the tree.
