PREVENTIVE STRUCTURE AGAINST SLIPPING-OUT OF SLAT CURTAIN IN SHUTTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a slat curtain from slipping-out of a guide rail, by providing a regulating claw detachable from an engaging piece in a guide groove, at the front end of a connection body provided at the end of slat moving in the guide groove of the guide rail. ;SOLUTION: Both ends of a slat curtain 7 are guided to move up and down in the guide groove 2 of the right and left guide rails 1, at the usual movement and the front end edge 14a of the regulating claw 12 is inserted a little and it does not usually engage with the groove to transfer the curtain 7 in the fail 1. When an external force such as wind acts on the closed curtain 7, and the slat is blown up and warped, it is bent and deformed and the front end edge 14a is fitted in the groove 6 and the claw 12 is engaged with an engaging piece 5 to mesh with each other. The flexible connection body 10 is deflected to the same direction or the opposite direction against the slat 8 in accordance with the deformation of time slat 8. And the engaging condition between the claw 12 and the engaging piece 5 is retained and the curtain 7 is prevented from slipping out of the rail 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
