PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably carry the starting end side of a web to a work stand by reciprocating a clamp bar to hold the starting end side of the web between a holding position to hold the starting end side of the web and a connecting position to be connected to the work stand. ;SOLUTION: When sensor 18 detects the starting end of a web, a clamp bar 17 sandwiches and holds the web with a receiving surface 14a of a table 14. Next, when an arm 11 rotates so as to come into contact with a stopper 12, the table 14 rotates, and a stopper 19 supports the table 14 so that the receiving surface 1a of the table 14 is connected in the same plane to an upper surface of a work stand 3, and a roller 20 comes into contact with the web on the receiving surface 14a of the table 14. Then, after the web is released from sandwiching by the clamp bar 17, the starting end side of the web of a reel 100 is sent out to the upper surface of the work stand 3 from above the receiving surface of the table 14, and necessary work is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
