A screw groove is cut out in a hole behind the angle changed teeth 2 integrated in the hollow part 6. A push screw 8 inserted into this hole is moved by the screw groove, and engagement positions between the fixed teeth 1 and the respective teeth shapes 4, 7 of the angle-changing teeth 2 are changed, thereby, a position angle of the fan blade 3 to a direction of an air current F flowing in a wind-tunnel is set to be at a specified angle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
