PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reaction efficiency of fuel/gas molecules and air by exposing fuel/gas molecules to a strong magnetic field just before a combustion and constituting fuel molecules magnetized so as to be atomized by their own energy, keeping their high energy states and circulating within a tank. SOLUTION: Small-sized magnets 5 of 1cm round and 2cm square types to be used are packaged in a pipe so as to evade the direct covering of fuel/gas. Two magnets 5 are arranged in each of first and third tanks 1 and 3 and four magnets 5 are arranged in a second tank 2. An elliptical or rectangular fuel pipe 4 connects each tank. By this constitution, magnetic repulsion of the S pole and N pole of the first tank 1, magnetic repulsion of the four magnets of the second tank 2 and magnetic repulsion between the first and second tanks 1 and 2 each other occur. Further, magnetic repulsion of the S pole and N pole of the third tank 3 and magnetic repulsion between the second and third tanks 2 and 3 each other occur. By these actions, fuel convects, circulates and is magnetized.
