PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconvenience the reduction of processing precision and processing efficiency in an upstream processor as much as possible and also to quickly re-start an operation after trouble repair when a trouble occurs in one of the processors in a sowing or seedling facility. ;SOLUTION: The processors 4 and 5 for carrying-in a nursery box 2 from the upstream processors 3 and 4 are provided with nursery box detecting sensors S2 and S4 for detecting presence or absence of the nursery box 2 in a carrying-in part and control circuits 20B and 20C for outputting a carrier permitting signal to the upstream processors 3 and 4 based on the detecting signals of the nursery box detecting sensors S2 and S4. In the meantime, the upstream processors 3 and 4 are provided with the control circuits 20A and 20B for outputting carrier executing signals in accordance with the carrier permitting signals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
