PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching method of a guide hole at the same time with the installation of a plate presser ON a punch guide, and its punch assembly. ;SOLUTION: In this punching method, the front end of a fitting projection 25 provided by projecting to a plate presser 23 is inserted lightly to a fitting hole 19 provided to a punch guide 5, and fixed tentatively, the head of a punch body 9 in a punch assembly 1 is pressed to lower the punch guide 5, so as to press the plate presser 23 to a die D, and the fitting projection 25 of the plate presser 23 is pressed in to the fitting hole 19, and at the same time, a guide hole 23G is punched to the plate presser 23 by a punching process part 7. In the punch assembly 1 made by providing a punch body 9 in a punch guide 5 movable up and down, and fitting the plate presser 23 to the fitting hole 19 allowable to connect and disconnect, an inclined surface 5S is provided at a part of the outer peripheral surface at the lower end of the punch guide 5, or at a part of the upper surface of the flange of the plate presser 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
