PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate continuous feeding of small members, and at the same time, facilitate sterilization process and housing storage process of the connected body as well, and handle the small members under a favorable hygienical state by adhering and arranging a large number of the small members peelably on a band-shape long and flexible thin plate member at specified intervals. ;SOLUTION: A connected body 5 which is aligned and housed in a storage box 7, is pulled out by a roller 11 in such a manner that the front and rear sides of which may become uniform, and the winding position and attitude are held by a suction box 13, and the connected body 5 is wound on a wheel 15 with a film member 3 inside, and is transferred while being synchronize- controlled to the transfer speed of a liquid container 19 side line by a sensor 17. Then, a tap member is peeled from the film 3 by an arm 21 of a manipulator at a winding intermediate part 15b of the wheel 15, and the tap member 1 is transferred to a line on the liquid container 19 side, and is fitted on the container.
