PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To furnish an external appearance characteristic by covering an upper end of a balcony inferior limb height wall with a coping and providing a decorative girth so as to cover the outside of the coping on an upper end part of an external wall surface of the inferior limb height wall. ;SOLUTION: An interior limb height wall frame 6 is installed on a beam 7, an external wall material 8 is installed on the outside of this wall frame 6, an inwall material 9 is installed on the inside, and an upper end of the inferior limb height wall 2 is covered with a coping 15. Thereafter, a belt type decorative girth 3 provided with a large number of rib pieces 4 in the horizontal direction with intervals vertically on its back surface is installed on the wall 2, two of the rib pieces 4 on the upper end side are cut off and a vertical piece 16 of the coping 15 is inserted and locked. Additionally, the same decorative girth as the decorative girth 3 of the balcony wall 2 is used for a decorative girth of a building main body, and the decorative girth is installed in a completely continued state in outer appearance.
