PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the execution property by forming a concrete board piece framed with a steel member, filled with concrete inside, and having a square plan view and a circular arc-shaped cross section. ;SOLUTION: Circular arc-shaped members 2, 8 are cylindrically combined to form a tunnel lining body 1. The members 2, 8 are made of a concrete board having a rectangular plan view and a circular arc-shaped cross section, they are framed with a steel member on four sides, and the concrete board is provided with a reinforcing member made of a flat steel or a welded wire net. Guide plates 9, 37 are protruded outward from the steel member in the perpendicular direction to the steel member. No bolt joint is used at the time of assembling, the members 2, 8 are supported by erectors and positioned by the guide plates 9, 37, and execution is accelerated. Steel frame bodies manufactured at a factory are arranged on the circular arc-shaped face of a circular arc- shaped member manufacturing rack, and concrete is placed in the frame bodies to manufacture the members 2, 8.
