POLYESTER-BASED COMPOSITE FALSE TWIST TEXTURED YARN AND POLYESTER-BASED WOVEN AND KNITTED FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester-based composite false twist textured yarn free from stuffy feeling and stickiness, excellent in shape stability, strength-retaining property and comfortability to wearing and suitable for knitted or woven fabrics by combining a specific polyester-based filament yarn with other filament yarn. ;SOLUTION: This composite false twist textured yarn is obtained by subjecting a polyester-based filament yarn having ≥1% moisture-absorbing and releasing parameter ΔMR and comprising a fiber containing ≥5wt.% copolyester having a copolymerized hydrophilic compound and containing at least either one in a polar group containing compound and a crosslinking agent or a fiber containing ≥5wt.% polyether ester amide or mixture of a polyether ester amide with other thermoplastic resin to composite false twist processing with other filament yarn. Furthermore, it is preferable to produce a polyester- based woven or knitted fabric having 3kV friction charge voltage according to JIS-L-1094-B method by using the polyester-based composite false twist textured yarn.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
