PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the small-sized and inexpensive FM baseband signal generator of a small circuit scale by narrowing a passing frequency band and eliminating the need for a frequency filter part and an amplification part. ;SOLUTION: When input data are inputted to this FM baseband signal generator 50, in an arithmetic control part 2, transmission data are formatted and the input data are converted into binary digital (D) signals. Then, the D data of OOh when binary D transmission signals are 9 and FFh when, they are 1 are outputted to a D/A conversion part 3 as waveform data. When the binary D transmission signals are changed from 0 to 1 or from 1 to 0, the arithmetic control part 2 performs an arithmetic operation and performs output, so as to gradually change the waveform data based on the waveform data of sine waves, stored in a storage part 1 without rapidly changing them.
