PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly sensitive and speedy measurement for effectively screening hemorrhagic digestive tract disease through the use of a reagent kit for simultaneous fractional measurement constituted of a buffer solution and a latex suspension for measuring hemoglobin, and a buffer solution and a latex suspension for measuring transferrin. ;SOLUTION: This reagent kit is constituted of a buffer solution as the first reagent for measuring hemoglobin and a latex suspension for measuring hemoglobin as the second reagent, and a buffer solution as the first reagent for measuring transferrin and a latex suspension for measuring transferrin as the second reagent. A feces sample is mixed with the buffer solution and a latex suspension for measuring hemoglobin, latex particles are agglutinated by the antigen-antibody reaction of the mixture to measure its absorbance or scattered light intensity, and then the concentration of hemoglobin is obtained from its changes. In the same way, the sample is mixed with the buffer solution and the latex suspension for measuring transferrin, and the concentration of transferrin is obtained from changes in absorbance or scattered light intensity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
