PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of component items. ;SOLUTION: A coil 2 is spacedly coiled, and a helical torsion spring 1 with expansion force P4 in the longitudinal direction of the coil 2 is installed to a connection pin 13 which openably connects both development sections 11 and 12, and the projected sections 19 provided in a plate 14, which is held between the development section 12 and the spring 1, are fitted in the through holes 17 and 18 which are made in both of the development sections 11 and 12 by the expansion force P4 in the longitudinal direction of the coil 2 when both of the development sections 11 and 12 are developed to a prescribed angle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
