PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve the working efficiency by independently arranging a plurality of devices detecting, radio signal receiving and data storing means around a subject to be measured, and instructing them by radio to perform a measurement and read and store the data. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of independent vibration noise measuring devices 12 are arranged in a plurality of measuring points X around a plant 11. The sensor part of the device 12 detects the vibration noise of a measuring point, and this output is amplified, A/D converted and then transmitted to a data control part.
