PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated plastic magnet roller which is improved in controllability of magnetic waveform generated between its magnetic poles, and a method and device for magnetizing the magnet roller. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of radial magnetized yokes 2 are provided on the outer peripheral section of an integrated plastic magnet roller 1 in the radial direction of the roller 1. The yokes 2 are magnetized in oriented states by arranging permeable front end sections 3 having such shapes that continuously become narrower in width as going toward the diametrical center of the roller 1 on the roller 1 side of the yokes 2, in a state where the sections 3 are brought into contact with the yokes 2 and controlling the waveform of the magnetic force generated between the magnetic poles of the roller, by using the leakage magnetic fields leaking out of the side faces of the front end sections 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
