PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively purify and maintain water in the artificial pond of a golf course, etc., by allowing effective microorganisms to coexist in a rubber sheet which consists of a compsn. to allow the coexistence of the effective microorganisms as the compsn. of the rubber sheet and is formed as the carrier of the effective microorganisms. ;SOLUTION: The rubber sheet which consists of the compsn. to allow the coexistence of the effective microorganisms as the compsn. of the rubber sheet and is formed as the carrier of the effective microorganisms is used. The rubber sheet is so formed that the effective microorganisms made to coexist therein can act in the water of the artificial pond of the golf course to effect the water treatment of the artificial pond. At this time, the effective microorganisms are preferably made to coexist in the carbon kneaded into the rubber, by which the required rubber sheet is produced.
