SOIL HARDNESS DETECTOR OF FARM WORKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent change in ditched depth and soil-covering amount due to change of soil hardness in a farm working machine equipped with a liftable ditching machine and a soil-covering plate. ;SOLUTION: A pair of right and left soil hardness detecting means is provided in a farm working machine at positions excepting the immediate rear of wheels of the farm working machine and upper and lower positions between ditching machines 26 and a soil covering plate 28 are controlled based on average value of detected value of the soil hardness detecting means. The right and left soil hardness detecting means is equipped with two rollers 33 and 34 different in specific gravity for rolling the soil surface and soil hardness is detected from the difference of settlements of these rollers 33 and 34.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
