WORK CHARGING JIG AND WORK CHARGING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work charging jig which can restrain and prevent generation of defective charging and can easily and securely remove extra work after charging, and a work charging method using the jig. ;SOLUTION: A charging jig body 3 comprises charging holes 2 which are to be charged with a work 1. At a position with a predetermined thickness corresponding to the openings of the charging holes 2, there is provided a through hole 4 through which the work 1 passes and is charged into the charging holes 2 of the charging jig body 3 and which houses extra work overflowing from the charging holes 2 after completion of the charging. A charging jig is equipped with an extra work removing member 5 arranged on the top face of the charging jig body 3 detachably capable of removing the extra work which overflows from the charging holes 2 by detaching it from the charging jig body 3 after completion of the charging. After completion of the charging of the work, the extra work removing member 5 is detached from the charging jig body 3 so as to remove the extra work.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
