CUP-LIKE CHINAWARE WITH PICTURE PATTERN LAYER OF HEAT SHRINKING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a picture pattern layer by heat shrinkage and heat transfer of a heat shrinking film on the entire curved outer surface of a cup-like chanaware having a curved outer surface. ;SOLUTION: A multilayer film CF is prepared which is constituted of a heat shrinking film layer 1, a picture pattern layer 3 formed by printing on one face 1a of the heat shrinking film 1 through a mold release layer 2, and an adhesive layer 4 which is applied on the entire upper surface of the picture pattern layer. The multilayer film is formed into the shape of a cylinder with the adhesive layer being inside and then the cylinder-like multilayer film is applied to the entire curved outer surface 21 of a cup-like chinaware 20. After that, the multilayer film is heat-shrink and then the picture pattern layer 3 of the multilayer film is heat-transferred onto the curved outer surface 21 of the cup-like chinaware 20 by a heat transfer device including a heat transfer roller 10.
