RULER AND IMPLEMENT FOR OBTAINING CENTER OF CIRCLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ruler or an implement for very simply obtaining a central point of a circle of a plane graphic form or a section, i.e., a found rod or circular cylinder without a labor hour. ;SOLUTION: A triangle is moved and conformed to a circle so that two sides CD, DE of the triangle become tangents of the circle to be obtained by using at least one internal angle ∠C of internal angles of the triangle, and a first straight line is drawn and displayed at the circle along one side 11a of a clipping 11 for tracing perforated on a bisector of the angle ∠C. Then, the triangle is rotated at an arbitrary angle at the point C of the triangle as a center, the triangle is moved and conformed to the circle so that the two sides CD, DE of the triangle become tangents of the circle, and a second straight line is drawn and displayed at the circle along the one side 11a of the clipping 11 for tracing perforated on the bisector of the angle ∠C. An intersection of the first and second lines drawn at the circle is a central point of the circle to be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
