PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to maintain a ultra-high pressure which can process easily in a short time by enlarging an injection area without enlarging the device as a result of a plurality of wirings. ;SOLUTION: On both ends of a width direction of a conveyor 12, two rotors are provided which are synchronically rotated. A nozzle head 25 is eccentrically attached on a rotor 22. With the rotation of the rotor 22, the nozzle head 25 is rotated. A lower end of a plurality of fine pipings 24 having an upper end fixed to the upper end is axially supported on an upper end connection port of the nozzle head 25 and the fine pipings are allowed to perform a pendulum movement with the rotation of the nozzle head 25. A swinging link 26 is held and supported on a lower end connection port of each nozzle head 25 and is allowed to perform a crank movement on the same surface parallel with the conveyance surface with the rotation of the nozzle head 25. In a longitudinal direction of the swinging link 26, a plurality of injection nozzles 27 are attached, ultra-high pressure water introduced from the piping 24 via the nozzle head 25, and the swinging link 26 is injected from the injection nozzle 27 to clean a scaffolding buiding frame which is conveyed on the conveyor 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
